Four Steps for a Healthy You!

1. Don't make any more unfilled excuses! Just do it. Getting started is just the beginning of the rest of your life, living it to the fullest. Yesterday is gone, today is the beginning and tomorrow you will be feeling better, stronger, healthier and fitter. Don't put it off till tomorrow, start NOW! This very minute just by moving for 5 - 20 minutes today. Walk one step in front of the other, pace yourself and don't look back! Remember each and every one of us had a beginning. Is this your beginning today? It's called improving your blood pressures, improving your alertness, increasing your endorphins (the feel-good hormones). Now don't you feel better all ready? You will if you move your body for a few minutes each day.

2. Do your abdominal exercises daily. Abdominal muscles support your back. A strong core helps you stand and sit erect. It helps prevent back pain and injury and helps in carrying and lifting things as well. Work these muscles slowly, don't rush through the sit-ups. Tighten your stomach muscles and flatten your back on a flat surface while performing these exercises. Body fat in this area contributes to metabolic problems, diabetes and cardiovascular diseases. So it is imperative to eat healthy, do abdominal exercises daily and to lose any excess weight.

3. Do strength training to build muscle to keep you strong and firm. Your muscles will burn extra calories all day long. Fat doesn't burn any calories but muscle does. So you need to strength train to build a balance, strong, injury free muscles in your body.

4. Breathe! In through the nose and out through your mouth. Don't take this simple exercise as not working. It calms the heart, your pulse, anxiety attacks, your minds so you can focus on the more important things in life. YOU! Taking time out for you is so important to feeling healthier and happier. All this and more at Tyshe Traveling Health Studio! Remember breathe and the world will seem less stress. Try it, what have you got to lose.
